Phones-N-Such is a e-commerce store dealing in CONSUMER ELECTRONICS. We sell BRAND NEW products. Not products that are used, refurbished, open-box, or obsolete. They are the LATEST MODELS offered by TOP BRAND manufacturers. All our prices are before any current Manufacturer's mail-in rebate offer.

PRIVACY POLICY

Phones-N-Such only requests the information from you that is necessary to make a simple buyer/seller internet transaction. We do this by using Authorize.Net's secure merchant gateway. At checkout, you will be asked for your name, address, email address, credit card number and expiration date. After the transaction is complete, we do not solicit additional business by future emails. Also, we do not sell or provide your information to any other parties.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped via UPS or FedEX Ground Service from the warehouse within one to two business days. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard shipping times apply. Your shipping charges include the warehouse handling costs plus the UPS / FedEx shipping and insurance charges. Please provide a physical shipping address as we cannot ship to a Post Office Box. Our shipping charges are for residential delivery within the CONTINENTAL United States (not HI or AK). We are required to charge sales tax (5%) on all orders shipped to addresses in Massachusetts. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Massachusetts. The product price, shipping charges, and sales tax (if any) will be automatically totaled for you at the shopping cart checkout (prior to entering your credit card information).

SPECIAL SHIPPING METHODS AND DESTINATIONS

Next-Day, 2nd-Day Air, and 3-Day Select shipping are available as  options at checkout.

In addition to the Continental United States, Phones-N-Such will also ship orders to Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders shipped to these destinations must ship via 2-Day Air.

PRODUCT IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying UPS Customer Service at 1-800-742-5877 or filing a Damaged Package Report electronically at http://www.ups.com. Hold onto the merchandise, container and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS.

RETURN  POLICY - PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE UPON INITIAL USE

If the product is DEFECTIVE from the manufacturer, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization Number and instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RGA#. Once issued, the RGA# expires after 30 days. Even though the product is defective, a full refund will only be granted provided the order is returned 100% complete, in BRAND NEW RE-SALABLE condition and must include original product box, manuals, blank warranty cards, and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. A restocking fee may be applied depending on the condition and completeness of the return.  The cost of the original shipping to you will not be refunded. The cost of the return shipping is your responsibility.

RETURN POLICY - PRODUCT IS NOT DEFECTIVE

If the product box is NEW AND UNOPENED, notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will fully refund the purchase price.

If the product box has been OPENED but is still NEW, we must charge a minimum of 15% restocking fee. Notify us within 30 days of receipt for an RGA# and instructions. The product must be returned 100% complete, in BRAND NEW RE-SALABLE condition and must include original product box, manuals, blank warranty cards, and all accessories provided by the manufacturer.

If the product is USED, it cannot be returned for credit.

No returns will be accepted without an RGA#.  Once issued, the RGA# expires after 30 days. The cost of the original shipping to you will not be refunded. The cost of the return shipping is your responsibility.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Contact the manufacturer if you need Technical Support, Warranty Information, Product Manuals or Repair Locations. The warranty goes into effect upon your receipt of the product.
